Spray foam
Spray foam insulation, made from polyurethane, is commonly used to insulate homes and buildings. It helps to block heat transfer and prevent air leaks. There are two types: open cell and closed cell foam. Closed cell foam has the highest insulation value. Spray foam insulation blocks three forms of heat transfer: conductive, radiant, and convective. Reduces air infiltration up to 68% over conventional batt insulation. It is an excellent sound control. Proven, premium insulation that fills around objects inside the wall cavity. It has a higher efficiency value, non-settling, non-combustible, and does not support the growth of mold, and contains no added formaldehyde.
Fire Proofing
Intumescent fireproofing is a fire-resistant paint commonly applied to tanks, valves, and metallic pipes. It expands up to 100 times its initial thickness when exposed to high temperatures, forming a protective layer to insulate and protect the surface from flames. The paint consists of specialized layers, including a primer, a base coat, and a topcoat, working together to create a lightweight coating with strong fire resistance and corrosion protection.
